Early stage · Building in public

AI agents that ship
real engineering work.

Zynorva is a small, bootstrapped team building AI coding agents and automation for teams that need working software — not another demo. We started in 2026 and are building in the open with a handful of design partners.

Three things we're building

Small surface area, deep problems. Everything below is early — status is stated honestly so you know what you're looking at.

Zynorva Code In development

AI coding agents for real repositories

Agents that plan, implement and review changes on a live codebase — with an engineer approving every step.

  • Repository-aware planning, not blind autocomplete
  • Changes come as reviewable patches
  • Fails loudly, never silently rewrites your code
Zynorva Agents In design

Agentic workflows for internal operations

Long-running agents that connect to your tools and data, with approval checkpoints where it matters.

  • Human approval on irreversible actions
  • Full trace of every step and cost
  • Runs on your infrastructure
Zynorva Automate Exploring

Automation that removes repetitive work

Replacing the copy-paste between systems that quietly eats hours every week — with something auditable.

  • Connects models, data and business systems
  • Reversible by design
  • Audit trail you can hand to a client
Why we exist

Most AI demos don't survive contact with production

Models are impressive in a chat window and frustrating inside a real codebase. They guess, they drift, and they hide failures until something breaks quietly.

We think the useful version of this technology is smaller and more boring: narrow scope, visible steps, and a human deciding when the work counts as done.

Build the thing a senior engineer would trust on a Tuesday afternoon — then make it faster.

How it works

Start narrow, ship, measure

No six-month pilots. We take one workflow, prove it inside your stack, and only then expand.

01

Pick one workflow

A concrete task you do every week — reviewing PRs, triaging issues, writing release notes. Small enough to finish.

02

Prototype in your stack

We build against your real repository and data, with an engineer in the loop and a hard timebox.

03

Measure, then decide

If it saves time and stays reliable, we harden it. If it doesn't, we stop — and you keep the prototype.

Principles

What we refuse to compromise

01

Human in the loop

AI proposes, engineers decide. Trust is earned step by step, not by hiding the process.

02

Small, verifiable steps

Every change is reviewable and testable. No big-bang rewrites, no mystery diffs.

03

Boring reliability

Predictable behaviour and clear failure modes beat clever demos every time.

04

No lock-in

Your models, your infrastructure, your data. If you leave, everything still runs.

Roadmap

Where we are, honestly

No dates we can't keep. This is the order we're working in.

Now
  • Zynorva Code prototype running on real repositories
  • First design partners (3–5 teams)
  • Building in public — notes and demos
Next
  • Private alpha for coding agents
  • GitHub / GitLab integrations
  • Usage limits and team accounts
Later
  • Agentic workflow builder
  • Self-hosted deployment
  • Public pricing
About

A small team, no investors, no noise

Zynorva is a new software company based in Hai Phong, Vietnam. We're bootstrapped — the company has not raised outside funding, and we'd rather earn the money with work that ships than with a pitch deck.

That means we stay small on purpose: fewer promises, more finished things, and a direct line to the people who write the code.

Want to build this with us?

We're looking for a few teams with a real workflow they'd like to automate. You'll get direct access to the people building it — and a say in what version one looks like.
